The New World Symphony came to us for help on one of their Blue Projects. They had a database guide for classical musicians which they wanted to serve as a tool for creating audience engagement during performances. The thinking was that by truly connecting with audiences, they would expand the general population’s interest thereby helping to preserve classical music for future generations. The challenge was that the guide needed to be easy to use but at that moment was compiled of numerous pages, spreadsheets and other standalone documents.

Partnering with Biotonic Design, together we conducted research and interviews, we were able to get a clear understanding of user needs. We created the strategic positioning, naming, branding, and design.

New name: Audiensync - “Redefine the concert experience”. www.audiensync.com

We created an easy to use website that served as a database for classical musicians everywhere to access quick sample activity guides. These were to used during performances to facilitate audience engagement. We created a web design that not only looked modern, but was also centered in effective UX and UI. The user-intuitive design solved issues and questions musicians had on how to use the guide. It allowed for information on any particular performance type and musical experience to be found quickly and easily.
